Initial Status

We inherited this project in a fairly broken state and issued many improvements - we kept the look and feel, but fixed the internals.

The System

A fairly complex data-heavy, multi-user, web app using ASP.NET, VB.NET, Javascript, Bootstrap, jQuery, TinyMCE, Handlebars, Google Maps, MS SQL, among other things.

Plan of Attack

We performed initial project analysis, timeframe and cost estimations, wrote reports, prioritized tasks, discovered issues, fixed things, and kept our customer informed of our progress regularly.
