Working with Us We are a growing Software Services company based out of Kalamazoo, Michigan. Everyone's input contributes, and shapes, how we do business. We offer flexible working arrangements, benefits, and all the other basics that can usually be found working in an office.

Software Engineer A software company usually needs a couple of these. Shocking, right?

Website Designer / Developer Design graphics with gusto and meaning? We're listening.

We work with websites and web presences for our customers. Making things look pretty and interesting while conveying a message is pretty important. We need people to help with this endeavor. Understand color theory? Minimalism? Pop Art? Advertising? We are interested in bringing you on if so. If you can make your creative pieces interactive, that's even better.

The successful candidate will be able to transform vague specifications in to amazing interfaces presented on the web. You will likely need to work with software people to make your creation operational, often times putting *you* in the middle between customers and developers. Basic web development experience and speaking psuedo-developer talk is a major bonus.

Duties would include graphic design, layouts, logo work, vector art, pixel art, rasters, that sort of thing.

And now, the general list of stuff we want:

Requirements
  • Demonstratable portfolio of work
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Tons of patience
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing conditions
Tools and Stuff
  • Photoshop
  • Illustrator
  • Other Adobe CC Products
  • Wordpress
  • PDF files
Bonus
  • HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP
  • MS SQL, MySQL

  • Resume, in PDF format
  • Linkedin profile
  • Youtube links to work you've done, if applicable
  • Websites of things you've made
  • Links to code samples, open source projects you've worked on
If you've made something, we want to see it. This goes for designers *and* coders. If we contact you about what you sent us, fully expect us to ask a lot of questions about what you made, how you made it, why you did it, what's your goals in life, etc.
